 𝙊𝙣 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙮...

"Man goes from one woman to another, goes on changing. People think he is a great lover; he is not a lover at all. He is avoiding, he is trying to avoid any deep involvement because with deep involvement problems have to be faced, and much pain has to be gone through. So one simply plays safe; one makes it a point never to go too deeply into somebody.
If you go too deep you may not be able to come back easily. And if you go deeply into somebody, somebody else will go deeply into you also; it is always proportionate. If I go very deep in you the only way is to allow you also to go that deep in me. It is a give and take, it is a sharing. Then one may get entangled too much, and it will be difficult to escape and the pain may be much. So people learn how to play safe: just let surfaces meet — hit-and-run love affairs. Before you are caught, run.
This is what is happening in the modern world. People have become so juvenile, so childish; they are losing all maturity.
Maturity comes only when you are ready to face the pain of your being; maturity comes only when you are ready to take the challenge. And there is no greater challenge than love."~

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗵𝗲𝗿?

You’ve noticed her, her radiance, her beauty, her lifeforce.
You are definitely attracted to her like bees to a spring flower.
Yet, what is your 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, where do you want this to go?.
Are you going to just acknowledge her beauty? maybe you want to do just that.
Perhaps you want to see more of her, witness her depths, see what else is there behind that smile.
Perhaps you just want to rest your eyes on her, for just a little bit longer.
Perhaps she awakens your most primal impulses and you just want to take her.
But don’t take a step, if you don’t plan to 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂.
Don’t waste her time if you just want to pluck her bud, smell her once and throw her away.
Don’t contaminate her if you just want a trophy to show your friends, or a salve for your fragile self-esteem.
Don’t defile her with your twisted pornographic agenda, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗵.
Elevate her, praise her, feed her inner sun.
Care for her, support her, witness her all.
𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗛𝗘𝗥.
Remain truthful, keep your word & 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 be sincere.
You do not need to promise her the world, but if you promise her a call, 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁.
You will be surprised at how many societal norms can be broken, with a bit of love, and a dash of audacity.
It can be a day, a year, or a lifetime, as long as it's safe, clear and you both agreed to it.
Always in full presence, always in service, always with gratitude, for the opportunity she just gave you.
𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲.
You just make the whole world a little less beautiful.
𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁.
𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲.
And not only that, but by breaking her trust, you also make it much harder for the next guy who really likes her, who really wants her, who's ready to give his best.
Son, brother, friend, I feel it’s about time we change a few things in how we relate with women, and femininity in general.
Because the world without the feminine is just a dull, hard, savage place, and 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹, 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲.

Masculine Energy in a Relationship⁣~~

The Masculine is about providing, protecting, giving, initiating, and making decisions.⁣
⁣
A man’s supreme task is to become conscious of consciousness itself and embody the divine will that holds the atoms together, that keeps the planets and stars on their course.⁣
⁣
The Feminine says to the Masculine, “When you give me safety, in full presence, I feel free to love you. I give you all my love without any reservation.”⁣
⁣
What allows the Feminine to shine is when she feels that she can rest on an unwavering presence. In your presence, her vulnerability will feel protected. That’s exactly what gives a sense of safety to the feminine.⁣
⁣
When it comes to the Masculine energy of protection and making decisions, it comes down to holding responsibility. What distinguishes men from boys is that men are responsible for their actions, their power and the impact they have on the people around them. Responsibility means carrying the weight of decision, and carrying the weight of decision demands courage. This courage to hold responsibility and protect the vulnerability of the Feminine is a true sign of the awakened Masculine.⁣
⁣
If a man is mature in his masculinity, all of the above comes from the space of an unwavering presence. He is not impulsive, and does not need to control or be acknowledged and validated.⁣
⁣
When a feminine woman feels this conscious presence, she will open and bless you.⁣
⁣
No woman can fully surrender into love, sex, and all kinds of intimacy if she does not feel safe.⁣~

 On Humility

I am in the awe of God, the Infinite Expanded Brilliant Light both within, around, and beyond me.
I surrender to my infinite place within that unified field, within that Love, within that Eternal, Infinite Source.
As I connect in Divine contemplation, when I allow myself and are disciplined (remembering and allowing) enough to choose to be in that place of Divine Union (the black womb of Sophia Mother), the sense of wonder renders me silent, still, clear, and humble, (so small).
And if I can truly look at and feel myself within the grander scheme and unfoldment, (the Truth I AM) and truly embrace the gift that I am given, in and out of form, to be part of this Majesty, to be part of this fabric, to build and create within it, and make what is old new again, then I am in humility.
And this humility is the deep anchoring and recognition that I AM ALL, and I am no-thing.
I Am small and simultaneously Immense.
And ‘insignificant’ does not mean ‘less than’.
My meaning comes from connection and service to others. And there are times when I move into a place of seclusion, not to separate or replenish but to deepen, to expand to unify in my knowing of Bliss in the STILLNESS.
That deepening of ineffable Love.
And then it follows that I, by my very nature must share that Flow of expanded Knowing and hold that Divine Vision with my community of all beings. And the vision and the Presence of bliss has nothing to do with self-grandeur for that is totally meaningless to me as separate from anything.
I So Love You

PS And can you see, that this post is not about me at all. It is about WE?

"If a woman does not fit the shape of what you think a woman should be,

If a woman is not obedient, does not see things the way you do,
If a woman is too independent to need anything more than herself,
Does she automatically become a threat filled with such terror to you?
Did her tresses turn into red snakes because she dared to refuse you?
Did the dulcet voices become unbearable cries because you couldn't stand to hear her laugh?
Did her gaze turn you to stone because she was so completely unafraid?
Perhaps the truth about Gorgons is they are just women,
Women who do not bend to the world or fit into the narrow mould you want them too.
Maybe that's why you demonised them, turned them into monsters,
Because you think monsters are easier to understand than women who say no to you."

 On Desire

Human desires have had such a bad rap. But it is desire, motivated by Heart, Divine impulse, your own Godliness, which is the impulse to manifest in creation. It is in your longing that you are carried forward in search of More. It includes creating what we desire in all forms and arenas of experience.
It is a primary part of our New evolutionary chapter, to learn to create at will and through consciousness alone, and consciously, all we desire to experience.
Even in the 'spiritual' sphere the quelling of desire has had huge implications on the dumbing down and fear of Feminine Power and the beauty and deliciousness of our sensuality for both men and women.
Expunge forever any notion of distrust of self and you will no longer be afraid of what you might create, or your desires.
Explore your desires and create freely from those heartfelt impulses. Follow your heart’s desire. And your safeguard is Love, Unconditional, Divine and Sacred, Universal Love.
A Love without attachments of any kind.
I So Love You
**************************
PS I once took seriously, in my “spiritual” journey, that enlightenment required me to “kill out human desire”. I tried but never made it, though I hurt myself and others on the way. But now love has won the day. Oh what a relief. I so enjoy hot buttered toast, or masala dosa, watching people dance, and the delight of children playing. Climbing trees, paddling and splashing water at the tides edge. And 1001 things that are there for my joy.
REMEMBER also, with the freedom to create comes the responsibility to always honour the freedom of others. And it is anything but a casual task to forever be conscious of your every thought and feeling, and Love it All.

Mad in love!!

So, I saw you after months that too just from far... yet strangely and beautifully it was enough! I knew it was you and my heart smiled and all my logic reasoning effort stood defeated in the face of that smile.

Ab main kya krun? So I have decided to just love you to pray for you to see you with my eyes closed... to wake up praying for a wonderful day taht you have and falling asleep with wishing you a restful night.

Waise I have to be the weirdest Majnu ever... I dont even have a Laila yet am still a Majnu. My Laila does not even know! Yet I am still wandering for her LOL oh the madness and the bliss!

But seriously, I love you with all my heart and want nothing in the world than to see you happy and joyous! Sometimes I wish I could have xpressed it you but time did not allow... I also wonder why my heart just decided that you were the one but it has and there is not a thing I can do! Except be brave enough to silently love you forever!

A Lightworker is simply someone who Shines their Light in their life as they find it.
Full stop.
We are all going through this Consciousness Shift. It is magnificient, and it is confusing, and it is demanding, and it is tiring, and it is exciting.
Therebis no need to keep scaring yourself no matter what APPEARS to be out here.
Get over it and stop being so dramatic and self-absorbed.
Social media generally and FB in particular Love to get you to be dramatic.
Stop compromising your better discernment in order to be notice.
Just be Yourself and
Shine On
I So Love You
************************
Please use your discernment. While we all have to make a living be very aware that many are being sucked in by the advertising fraternity on social media promising prosperity at the expense of your own integrity.
A lightworker does not TRY to stand out and therefore stands out.
The Light is always there within you. Be in your heart and it radiates in and through everything. Sing your song and that light calls to itself and brings it out everywhere. In truth people are seeking the Light. They will find you. The Universe, SOURCE Knows who you are.

If it’s meant for you, it won’t be toxic...

It won’t bring out your insecurities or your fears or the worst in you because it will bring peace into your life and into your heart...
If it’s meant for you, it won’t feel like a burden... You won’t have to explain to anyone why it’s not as bad as they think it is and you won’t have to go to sleep wondering if you’re lying to yourself because you’d be sure of it...
You’d be sure that it’s right for you...
If it’s meant for you, it won’t feel like a war...
A war with yourself because you’re letting it drag on or because you can’t get out of it...
A war with your friends because they can all see that you’re settling...
A war with love because part of you knows that it shouldn’t be this hard...
If it’s meant for you, you won’t have to constantly question if it is...
You won’t have to look for signs or ask for advice or look for confirmation that it’s right. You’d just know...
It will feel like home...
It will make you feel safe...
It will give you one less thing to worry about... It will be healthy for you...
If it’s meant for you, you won’t have to chase after it...
You won’t have to try too hard or turn your life upside down for it to work...
You won’t have to lose yourself so you can keep it...
If it’s meant for you, it will bring you closer to who you really are...
It will enhance all the beautiful parts of you and make you more open to love, more nurturing, more compassionate and more forgiving...
If it’s meant for you, it won’t break your heart... There may be disappointments or letdowns or conflicts but it will never break your spirit, it will never close your heart off and it will never let you suppress your innermost feelings...
Because what’s meant for you doesn’t come around very often, but when it does, when it’s not another lesson or another mistake, when it’s finally yours after everything you’ve endured and everything you’ve been through, it comes like a wave washing over you.
It feels like home.~

You know the value of every article of merchandise,
but if you don't know the value of your own soul,
it's all foolishness.
You've come to know the fortunate and the inauspicious stars,
but you don't know whether you yourself
are fortunate or unlucky.
This, this is the essence of all sciences
that you should know who you will be
when the Day of Reckoning arrives.
The intellectual is always showing off;
The lover is always getting lost.
The intellectual runs away, afraid of drowning;
the whole business of love is to drown in the sea.
Intellectuals plan their repose;
lovers are ashamed to rest.
The lover is always alone, even surrounded with people;
like water and oil, he remains apart.
The man who goes to the trouble
of giving advice to a lover
gets nothing. He’s mocked by passion.
Love is like musk. It attracts attention.
Love is a tree, and lovers are its shade.

Sadness is a heavier energy, lurking just beneath all that fear. Fear keeps the sadness locked in place, by preventing us from ever addressing, honestly and authentically, the fact that we don’t want to feel our own broken hearts.
It’s a defense mechanism that keeps the sadness at bay. We don’t want to open ourselves to our own sadness. Who wants to be that vulnerable? All that loss, that grief, that avalanche of sorrow?
Why would we sign on for such a thing? So many times people tell me they’re afraid that if they start feeling their sadness, they’ll never stop crying.
But here is a radical idea: The ability to be sad is a blessing.
In our childhoods, we were taught that sadness is a sign of weakness. Remember your own childhood: Were you ever called a crybaby? Or made to feel ashamed of your tears? Did you somehow internalize the message that you were supposed to stuff those feelings, put on a brave face, chin up and all that?
I’m here to tell you that if you want to release the vibrational density you’re carrying around, you need to do the precise opposite. Feel it. Feel it all. What’s the worst thing that can happen?
When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we are experiencing a blessing. We are offering ourselves the opportunity to see and experience life authentically, without defenses or screens keeping us front our own true nature.
There is an exquisiteness to sadness and pain. It as a quality and resonance that is unique. It’s a way we all can relate to one another, because we all feel sadness. Were it not for our judgement of that emotion, no one would have a problem feeling it.
Sadness is socially unacceptable, we’re conditioned from day one to understand sadness as a sign of weakness, so people refuse to experience it, and it accumulates weight.
Its density grows in the body. Look at the body language and posture of someone who is experiencing a depression: They seem to carry a weight on their shoulders. They’re hunched over. They can hardly get out of bed. It’s like a weeping willow tree as opposed to mighty oak. The oak tree is firm and elegant and upright. The weeping willow has allowed the burdens of life to bend it.
The key is to shift your experience of sadness. Grief? Loss? Tears pouring down your cheeks? Good. Feel it all. Know that you are one of 7.2 billion people on this planet who experience the same thing.
The rejection of sadness further separates you from your own wholeness. Lean into it. Breathe. Accept. Embrace and embody the blessings of sadness, because where there is acceptance, judgement no longer has any power.
When you let this energy wash over you, there will be an intensity to it, but as you keep allowing it to flow through you, it will eventually diminish. Allow life to do its job.

beginnings and endings
too. Take delight in
knowing that there exist
at least eight elegant solutions

“The aim of life is to live, and to live means to be aware, joyously, drunkenly, serenely, divinely aware.” - Henry Miller
Many people live their lives trapped in a tight box of beliefs or in the expectations of others. They are unaware that boundaries can be transformed into horizons; that the box can be flattened into a platform for unique and creative self-expression; that the tethers of yesterday’s results (whether positive or negative) can be cut, unleashing them into the future where they are free and not cornered by a certain way of living, or lashed down by false cultural labels, expectations, and assumptions.
Becoming aware is being on the brink of everything. It’s reuniting with awe. It’s discovering the edge of the world and letting your feet playfully dangle over Cosmos, eyes wide in astonishment, soul agape with agape-love, as it dawns on you that you are the interconnectedness of everything becoming aware of itself.
Becoming aware is becoming more curious about our place in the world. Curiosity is the birthplace of awe and the crucible of astonishment. With the mighty question-mark as our sword of truth, we are compelled to ask the following galvanizing questions: How, then, shall we live? How, then, shall we love? How, then, shall we die?

An evolved woman predominantly in her feminine energy
Desires to be pursued ...
This is not from her ego
This is not to play games
This is not for validation
Or vanity
Or insecurity ...
This is the natural flow of energy.
The divine masculine energy
Leads
Directs
Is active
And assertive
The divine feminine energy
Receives
Yields
Is passive
And flowing
Sexual attraction is created when the polar energies of two people compliment each other ...
So in the case of a woman carrying predominantly feminine energy, she will be attracted to a man embodying mainly masculine energy ...
She will not be turned on by a male who is passive and yielding because he is in his feminine energy and therefore not in balance with her state of being ... Whereas a woman in her masculine energy will be the perfect compliment for a more gentle man
Yes we all know the goal is to be balanced individuals however couples need to balance as well ... Without polarity there can be no sexual attraction
Harmony is complimentary
Balance is attunement...
Sexual polarity is fireworks
A woman in her feminine energy desires to be pursued
For she knows ...
A man who does not have the confidence to lead
A man who does not have the courage to open his heart
A man who does not have the strength to face rejection
A man who does not have the direction to trust himself
A man who cannot love without needing to be loved in return
A man who lives in fear of the unknown ...
Will be too afraid to lead her
Will be too afraid to trust her
Will be too afraid to open his heart
And will be too afraid to love her ...
To the depths
She knows
She deserves to be loved...

When you know there’s a person out there for you, it’s a feeling that runs deep.

Almost like you’ve both met before in a dream, but agreed to forget this meeting ever happened, just so it can happen again and again.
What if we fall in love, let each other go, and mutually forget so we can repeatedly live in a newfound feeling when we return to each other’s embrace? What if I keep having you and losing you, but I never know about it? What if you visit my dreams at night, and that’s why I can feel you in my body, but my consciousness can’t envision you. What if this manifests itself as the uncontrollable ache in my heart from missing someone I haven’t even met, though deep down every faculty of my being knows you except the one that tries to identify you?
We could be at two opposite poles of the world, or you could be right down my street—you could be anywhere, but you’re not here.
A part of me is with you, but I tell myself it’s not you that I want now, just what’s mine that’s with you.
Give it back.
Just as long as you come with it.
But leave it at the door and go.
Just as long as I take it and find you in it.
But find myself when I find you.
This entangled contradiction of wanting you and wanting myself. I want both.
Yet, I want to be free of the enslavement of desire. I also don’t want to want.
How can I co-exist with this longing for you? My soul has called out your nameless name many times, and I can feel the echo of your presence. I want to deeply hold you, pull you down from this dream, and feel you on the ground.
You are so close. I can feel you waiting for me, too.
I know you are also wondering where I’ve been all this time. Why am I not there with you.
To that, I have no answer except that time embeds itself in the thread of our existence that way.
Time is our invisible, patient, meticulous friend. It has a plan for us, and a unique design that one day, I know, we will be in awe of.
What can we do, till then?
We can touch the earth, and touch the sky, and keep the centre of our heart warm by coming alive to each day. We can nurture ourselves, heal our wounds, and stay open to experiences. We can learn to be content with who we are and to embrace the messiness of what it means to be Human. Our separate journeys make us who we are today, and it’s goddamn beautiful.
When I only longed for you to complete me, I stepped aside from my own value and allowed you to be more important than I was. Now that I’m learning that I am whole and nothing is missing, I am able to see my worth shine like a bright star, and I see you as my co-star. We are both meant to shine bright together.
I was frustrated that my dreams felt like intangible fantasies, but now I see my dreams are little trips that remind me to hold on to my innate sense of worth. We simply awaken that in each other. You’re not distant. There’s nothing to long for in a soul-crushing way anymore. We’ve arrived in this world as children of God, and when I connect to that, I only feel the river of love flowing from my dream to yours.

THE SHATTERING

Sometimes you don't get to be a Buddha.
Sometimes you just have to break. And feel.
You have to lose your precious 'spiritual awakening'.
You just have to be a human being, feeling.
Sometimes old pain resurfaces. Old fear. Sorrow. Trauma.
The searing ache of the abandoned child.
The rage of a forgotten universe.
And suddenly, all of your spiritual insights crumble, all the beautiful spiritual words by the beautiful spiritual teachers, all the concepts and ideas about awakening and enlightenment, and the pure perfection of pure untainted awareness, and the selfless non-self self, and the path to glorious futures, and the wise guru, they suddenly are all meaningless, empty words, second-hand drivel, and dead to you.
What's real, now, and alive, is the burning in the belly, the fire in the heart.
Unavoidable. Intense. So close. So present.
Sometimes you just have to feel. You have no choice.
And sense your feet on the ground.
And breathe into the discomfort.
And trust, and maybe trust that you cannot trust right now.
And take it moment by moment, by moment, by moment.
And know that nothing is working against you.
And awaken from your dream of how this moment 'should' be.
And throw away all your second-hand ideas about the path.
Sometimes your spirituality has to shatter,
so you can finally realise
this deeper spirituality
of feeling, presence, and feet-on-ground living,
and the sound of the birds singing in the distance,
and a total surrender to this one precious moment.

Sex as a Substitute for Love & Sex as an Act of Love : The sexual act itself is not enough to quench our thirst. The genitalia might rub against each other, but when there’s no friction between two people’s hearts, the spark of love can’t be ignited.

Love is so much more than bed gymnastics and the temporary pleasure that is derived from the short-lived experience of physical orgasm. Hence people’s obsession with sex: despite the amount of sex we have, most are never satisfied and desire more of it, because sex in itself is not what we truly want.
What we deep down desire is to love and be loved, and sex cannot substitute for that. Sex can provide only a momentary illusion of love by helping bring two bodies together, but it does not have the power to bring together two hearts that are distanced from one another. And as long as the hearts are separated, sex cannot offer us anything more than perhaps a glimpse of what we’re actually searching for.
When two hearts are united, however, sex takes a totally different form — it becomes an expression of love. Through sex, two lovers can communicate their being with body and soul — that is, with the totality of their being.
Having said that, for love to exist sex is not necessary — love can stand on its own feet, without needing the crutches of sex. But sex can become a love play between two lovers, an orgasmic dance where two persons celebrate together, sharing the experience of ecstatic joy.
Sex and the Transcendence of Self : Lost in the hug of the beloved, the self, in a sense, dies. The sparkling flame of love in the heart, along with the intense pleasure of the sexual act, leave no space for the ego.
When in love, the mind with its past and future, worries and concerns, dissolves. And that’s precisely what love is: the extinction of the self — that is, the disappearance of the boundaries between the I and you — the sense of belonging to a greater whole whose depths we can’t fathom. When this happens, we shine our brightest and feel at home with existence. Nothing is lacking — we feel complete and are not needy of anything. Desires and expectations stop torturing the mind and we accept life as it is.
As long as there’s no love between two partners, sex cannot be anything more than an egoistic act. Partners will be trying to control and exploit one another — to turn one another into their sexual objects solely for their personal gratification. Unconsciously, all they want to get out of sex is love, but love cannot be forced or demanded. Mistaking sex for love, and wanting to quench their thirst for loving connection through it, they become obsessed with having more and more sex, not realizing that they are trying to drink from an empty well.

‘Every single thing we consume is stored in our body.
Every thing you’ve read or watched that day, you’ve felt, you’ve thought, every conversation you’ve had... it’s ALL stored in our body.
Now some people have more energy flow in their body and they can let go of this junk easier. And for most of us it needs to be intentionally felt, meditated with, and processed to completion in order to be let go of.
This is not easily done in a 5 minute meditation session, although that’s a good place to start. In my own personal experience, it takes about 45mins-1 hour of somatic meditation a day to get clear again.
What we don’t let go of in the body ends up manifesting as unconscious and repeated patterns. It may manifest as an underlying feeling of discomfort, disconnection, or anxiety. In the modern world, tension stored in the body often manifests as compulsively checking our phone.
The body holds onto everything we didn’t feel, embrace and process fully in the present moment that we experienced it. Most of us do not meet life this directly because we are unconsciously afraid.
Majority of humans on this planet hold onto immense amounts of conscious/unconscious fear. Even if you think you don’t, I guarantee you if you explored your cells deeply you would find fear there. It’s just part of our animal nature.
If you want to change your mechanical, unconscious, patterns—go into your body.
If you want to change how you show up in the world—look at what memories and beliefs are stored in your body.
Your body is your biography and it determines your present state and future experiences.
The body is your karma and your guru. There is no hiding from your body. Your body knows.’~

There will always be something to distract you from knowing yourself. To distract you from deep. Internal. Work. It’s “them” is a powerful way to point energy or attention to an outside entity. External external external external. Never internal internal internal internal. Never inward. Recalibration. Honing. Grounding. Strengthening. Softening.
Hone. Deep. Into your purpose. Not to the reaction to the world around you. Hone deep into compassion. Into wholesome unconditional love. The world will be noisy........ the world will be noisy....... the internal world will feel noisy due to contamination from the external..... due to what we allow to influence our wellbeing. But eventually.... you will discover how composed your internal world would really be. Your home-base for soul soil. How durable. How strong. How fluid. How calm. How endlessly eternal your internal world would be. Embody the feeling. Ground the wholesome sensation deep into your DNA. Embody this way of discovered perception. Behave within alignment to your divine, composed, eternal, grounded, soul soil. Remove control or expectation to how the world should be. Become the world you wish to be. And perceive the ripples blend into the world around. Influencing. Moving. Beautifying. Healing. Bridging. Providing. And being.~

Today is a day when I would have seen you to my heart's content...
These past few months I have tried my hardest to forget you but its just not happening... your love is now my breath .

I love you with my ife, with every smile I give, with every hand I hold, with every life I touch... I touch you and your heart. If someone is happy in my presence I send it to you... all that I do I dedicae to you... I am lost in your devotion. I pray for your happiness, your safety, your wings, your soul... how I want you to be the best that you can be... how I wish that the love I see in you touches everyone you meet... someone asked me what is love... I know now love is not conidtional to being with someone or even have someone reciprocate your feelings... it is the sheer peace and relief and rest I feel in my soul when I think of you... it is how nothing else matters if you are before my eyes except me drinking your being, just seeing you quietly from afar... thats love... the willingness to break your own heart, the laughter with which you embrace the wall of fire, the faith with which you drink a cup of poison... it is seeing God in the face of the one you love... this bliss is a blessing and I am lucky to feel it.

I do know it would have been beautiful had we been together, but we are... we were and will always be.

I love you with all my heart and soul... be safe, be happy and radiate with life!

“Someday, after mastering winds, waves, tides, and gravity, we shall harness the energy of love; and for the second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire.” - Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
True love is fire. It burns with a radiance that lights all beacons. Chances are, if you’re living a dead life, you have chosen to be a moth rather than be fire. Moths are attracted to fire, just as fire is attracted to fire. The difference is the moth is controlled by its attraction and gets burned by the fire. Fire, on the other hand, has control over its attraction and it doesn’t get burned. Rather, fire plus fire makes greater fire. Moth plus fire just creates ashes and codependence. If you really want to jumpstart your dead life be fire. Be love. Be fierce in your passion for life. Let the moths be moths, and let the ashes fall where they may.
Being love transcends all forms of love. When you are love, you are in love with being alive. You are in love with all of life, come what may: through good and bad, success or failure, love and loss, life or death.
Being love is unselfish, unconditional love for all things. Agape love. It leaves you in a state of wonder and awe, soul-hungry for more beauty, more mastery, more fire. When you are practicing being love, you are practicing sacred presence. And it’s almost impossible to be a moth while in the ecstatic throes of sacred presence.

HOW TO TOUCH A WOMAN~~

It's not WHERE a man touches his woman as much as HOW he touches her that makes her feel safe.
It's not HOW he touches her as WHY he's touching her that causes her to open.
It's not WHY he's touching her as much as WHO he has chosen to be and how he has chosen to live in the moments, hours, days and weeks leading up to that touch.
It's not his TOUCH that matters as much as the energy of his INTENT.
And when all of these are aligned it's not even a touch needed to make her shudder, but a word, a breath or even just his gaze.
This is not a dream, a myth or an impossibly romantic fantasy - it is the potential inherent in every man. It requires that he dare to own and live the magnificence of his potential, to show up in the world with the courage to fulfill his responsibilities, keep his word, overcome challenges and abandon his excuses.
There is no METHOD that conquers the world, it's the CHOICE to fulfill one's potential. And there is no TECHNIQUE that makes a woman lose all her inhibitions, it's the ENERGY of his intention.

We were born enlightened, but we were also born in forgetfulness of our true nature and we've had this misconception that it is something to be achieved and that it will take lifetimes of grueling spiritual practices to achieve... But in truth there is no becoming, enlightenment isn't a goal, nor can it be earned, it is our true state of "being" underneath all the mental programming, concepts, comparisons and acquired identifications.
Enlightenment has nothing to do with our performance, nor does it necessitate getting rid of any part of
ourselves...
it is not good nor is it bad,
it is not higher nor is it lower,
nor is it limited by any particular behavior...
Enlightenment is beyond duality.
It is the consciousness within us observing
that part of us that thinks in terms of becoming something other than who we are.
Ironically when we let go of all of that,
empty ourselves of the comparisons and simply
be with ourselves in full acceptance of who we are, and be in the moment in full acceptance of how it is...
Our enlightened nature naturally surfaces, and when it does, it emerges as pure unconditional love.~

THE HEALING POWER OF LONELINESS

Loneliness is not the absence of connection but the full presence of God and a total experience of the Self. Loneliness is utterly misunderstood in our culture, or rather, it is only understood on a very superficial psychological level. Everyone is running from it, keeping busy just to avoid it, never coming to know and taste its sweet and merciful nectar.
For many, loneliness is an enemy, something shameful to be avoided or covered up at all costs. We reach outwards, habitually, automatically, unconsciously, just to keep our distance from loneliness, just to avoid the deafening silence at the heart of all creation. We fill our time and senses up, addict ourselves to projects, create false personas on social media, try to stay “connected” as much as we can, never letting ourselves rest, to avoid the “void” and the gaping chasm of loneliness. But in its terrifying depths, loneliness is not harmful or shameful at all; it is a highly misunderstood spiritual experience of Oneness with all creation, a full and life-giving immersion in the staggering beauty – and utter horror - of life itself, a deep and timeless connection to all living things. Loneliness is not an emptiness but a full presence and an abundance of life. It is pure potential and freedom and surrender all at once, but as long as we are running from it we will never know its nourishing, healing and transformative powers.
Loneliness is not a negative state or some mistake in our being or biology, it is inherent in existence itself, built-in ontologically to our very being and it transcends the psychological. It is connection, not disconnection. It is wholeness, not lack. Loneliness is a spiritual state and subsumes all other states. It is an utter letting go, a paradigm of pure receptivity and openness. It is the ground of being itself, and the base of our subjectivity.
We run from it at our peril.
Nobody can experience our joys and sorrows for us. Nobody can live for us and nobody can die for us. Nobody can experience our own subjective reality, see what we see, feel what we feel, experience what we experience, love what we love, heal from what we need to heal from. We can act as witnesses for one another but we cannot enter each other’s subjectivity or breathe for each other or process each other’s pain. We exist in utter aloneness and uniqueness always, and this is true even when we are in deep connection and relationship. Our ability to relate authentically has its roots in our profound loneliness, and this is what makes every connection with another being such a miracle. When we run from our loneliness, we run from the miraculous and we run from ourselves.
Without loneliness, we exist in utter spiritual poverty, no matter how 'evolved' we believe we are.
Loneliness is a journey we must take alone. Like falling in love, or like dying, we must fall, without protection and without guarantees. Loneliness is the artist in the midst of creating something utterly new, the scientist on the verge of a breakthrough. Loneliness is the woman on her deathbed, the child being born, the spiritual seeker kneeling prostrate before the ordinary world, the adventurer forging a new path in the dark forest. Loneliness is a risk, but utterly safe. Loneliness feels like total abandonment from the perspective of the mind but for the soul loneliness is a full encounter with the timeless mystery of creation.
Loneliness takes us out of our minds. It breaks us, grinds us down to our essence, erodes us back to purity and innocence and beauty, brings us close to death but then rebirths us, stronger and more courageous than ever before. Its terror breaks our defences and, then, vulnerable and soft and open, we re-enter the world, more sensitive to its beauty, more aware of the fragility of form and more tender towards the ache of humanity.
We don’t always know if we can endure loneliness, but we do.
When we are in loneliness, it is total and all-consuming and even time recedes. Everything disappears into loneliness - it is like a black hole, and we don’t know how long we can survive its ferocious embrace. But we are stronger than we know and we endure it beautifully. Through meeting our own loneliness and letting it touch us deeply, and ravage us, and cleanse us, and renew us, we come to know directly the loneliness of all beings, their yearning for the light, their deep ache for God, their search for home. We recognise others more deeply as ourselves. Loneliness makes us look beyond appearances and touch the depths of the world soul. If we have truly plumbed the depths of our own loneliness, we can never again close our hearts to the loneliness of others, to the yearning of their humanity, to the horror and awe of creation itself.
Loneliness breaks us open to a devastating compassion for all things, it matures us spiritually and increases our empathy a thousand-fold. We become more caring, more compassionate, more deeply considerate. We become more able to look into the eyes of another without shame or fear. We become less able to turn away where we see suffering and pain. We value our connections more deeply than ever before. Each friendship is a miracle. Each moment with a family member, or partner, or stranger, takes on a strange new melancholic beauty. We become more fearlessly alive in our dying. We embrace paradox as a lover and a friend.
Loneliness is the gravity of love, a sacred pull into the heart core.
Loneliness brings with it a sense of rest and contentment, a deep inner happiness and satisfaction. It slows us down to a snail’s pace and breaks our addiction to the clock and to second-hand notions of "success". It makes us less distracted, less restless, less manipulative, more content with the present moment. The black hole in our guts becomes our unexpected church, our solace, our sanctuary and our mother, and the source of all our genuine answers. We listen to our loneliness and it brings unexpected gifts. New creativity and new inspiration pours out of the lonely place inside. New music comes from there, new and unexpected words, new desire and new paths to follow. Loneliness is the source of all great art, music, poetry, dance, and all works touched by authentic loneliness are authentic works filled with truth and humility and the light of life itself. The nectar of God pours through the broken place inside. Loneliness crucifies us yet shows us that we cannot be crucified.
We do not lose ourselves in loneliness. We find ourselves there more clearly and directly than ever.
Loneliness is the experience of pure intimacy with the senses. It is the erotic experience of being fully alive. It is Jesus on the cross. It is the pulsating ache of a universe longing to be born. It is the end of all things, and a new beginning. It is holding a friend’s hand, not knowing how to help them, not knowing how to take away their suffering, but giving our heart to them totally. It is facing our own death, no promises, no guarantees, no story anymore.
Loneliness is the Beloved beckoning us. Those who have let themselves touch the black hole of loneliness, those who have given themselves up to its relentless pull, who have let the darkness penetrate and infuse and shake and reawaken them, are unmistakable beings. They have a depth and a strength of character that others lack. They radiate genuine warmth and understanding. Their melancholy is the fount of their greatest joy. They are not content with surface things any longer. They have been broken but they are playful too, and full of humour. They love the night-time as much as the day, the shadows as much as the light, the wolf as much as the songbird. Their not-knowing is the source of their wisdom. Their spirituality is simple. They hold no dogma anymore. They have become like little children once more. They are poets and artists and wild lovers of the night.
Loneliness is the experience of being in a body, but not of a body, and knowing that all things will pass, that all loved ones will die, that nothing lasts, that everything is made of the most delicate substance. Loneliness is a deep and unshakeable awareness of the transience and brevity of things, of illness and endings and new beginnings. Loneliness is a love of the night-time, the shadows and the moon. It is present in every moment and saturates every hour of every day. Once you have tasted loneliness, truly sipped from its sacred fount, you cannot run away from it ever again. You are haunted by it, yet you know it is the friendliest of ghosts.
Loneliness opens your heart wider than any other experience ever could. It brings with it youth and innocence. It makes you weep at the sight of sand on the beach, or the sound of a baby crying, or the feel of the morning sunlight on your skin, or upon the contemplation of time itself. Loneliness takes us to our most painful places but helps us fulfil our highest potential. Without loneliness, we are just shells of human beings, frightened skeletons. Loneliness fills us up with warmth from the inside, gives our lives the deepest kind of purpose and direction and meaning. Loneliness makes us realise we are never alone, and we are always loved, despite our imperfections and lack of faith. Loneliness is a religious experience, a lovemaking with the Universe.
Loneliness will save you if you give yourself to it totally. It will not separate you from the world and others but will bind you to them more powerfully. Through the dread and devastation of loneliness you will discover that you are more vast and more capable of love than you ever thought possible. You will be shocked at how much life you can hold.
The more you run from loneliness, the lonelier and lonelier you will feel, and the more you will fear being alone, even if you are surrounded by people. In loneliness is the utter paradox and mystery of creation. It may be last place you want to touch in yourself, and it may sound like madness, what I am saying to you here. But your loneliness may hold all the secrets to your very existence. You may find that your loneliness is not “loneliness” at all, in the end – it is your umbilical cord to God, unbreakable, infinite, death-defying, a cosmic pathway of love and forgiveness and utter, utter humility.
Let your loneliness pierce you, then, and shake you, and nourish you, and let it connect you to the world - and your authentic self - more deeply than ever.

"She felt like doing her part to change the world, so she started by giving thanks for all of the blessings in her life, rather than bemoaning all that was missing from it.
Then she complimented her reflection in the mirror, instead of criticizing it as she usually did.
Next she walked into her neighborhood and offered her smile to everyone she passed, whether or not they offered theirs to her. Each day she did these things, and soon they became a habit. Each day she lived with more gratitude, more acceptance, more kindness. And sure enough, the world around her began to change. Because she had decided so, she was single-handedly doing her part to change it."

In intimate relationship there may always be ruptures which arise in the field of lovers. For when we enter into the mandala of vulnerability with another, each and every unprocessed emotion, feeling, and sensation will be there greeting us at the gates, yearning to be met, awaiting our alive presence, and longing for metabolisation in our ripe bodies and hearts. Once inside, the call of the beloved arrives in a thundering silence: come closer. Undress. And come closer.
Along the provocative path of intimacy yoga, it may appear as if our lover is doing something *to* us, but often all they're really doing is just being themselves. Yet somehow this is enough to unleash an avalanche of rage, fear, feelings of abandonment and dependency, a tidal wave of unresolved attachment, and an urgent, desperate longing to be seen as we are. In the dance with the beloved, the bad news is that there is absolutely nowhere to hide. Ironically, this is the good news as well.
Without warning, we find ourselves back in that very familiar place where it's... just... not... safe. We long for secure ground and reference point from which we can organize our lives, but the beloved loves us too much to offer this. And on top of it all, the superego remains nearby, reminding us: these sorts of feelings aren't very 'spiritual,' are they? Really, anger? Jealousy? Dependency? Terror? Attachment? I thought you had 'transcended' all this? What about your 'awakening?' You were enlightened, in bliss, in such peace and sooooo in love when you were on your own… weren’t you? You were so incredibly safe then. Perhaps this isn't for you after all.
In the wake of these inevitable ruptures – which are none other than the beloved's wild activity in disguise – love has appeared, yet again, as the ultimate curative and repair, bursting through the cracks in your heart, oozing out of your cellular tissue, and emerging in full force out of the strands of your DNA. You are being reminded of the actual role of the beloved in your life – creativity, destruction, and rewiring the entire known world. Each rupture that appears comes pleading with you to behold the portal it is opening inside you: Come closer. Undress. And come closer.
An invitation has arrived, but it has not come from any human source; it has fallen out of the stars and emerged up out of the gooey muddy earth. The beloved is at it again, using whatever form he must, to find you, to unclothe you, and to reveal the majesty and splendour that you are. She will never, ever stop looking for you, using whatever skilful means she must to reach you. Please don’t miss this opportunity. But if you do, don’t worry, love will come again, and again, and again, until your heart has turned to dust.

LOVE'S ADVENTURE

We long for love as much as we fear receiving it.

We yearn to be seen as much as we bolt at the possibility of being seen.

We hunger for the deep embrace of presence, tender eyes that gaze upon us with understanding and empathy, as much as we try to escape that very holding. It's too intimate. Too risky. Too exposing.

Nowhere to hide. To be seen is to be loved. To be seen is to die. Love is danger. Or so we have been taught.

A battle rages in us. The unloved one longing to hide, and the one who longs for the thrill and risk of living. Contraction and expansion. Breathing, in and out.

Unconsciously, we are attracted to or repelled by those who treat us, speak to us, hold us the way our parents did or did not. We are drawn to those who can heal us, and sometimes drawn to those who cannot, or worse. We think we are falling in love with a person, and sometimes we are just falling in love with our own image of them, which has nothing to do with the 'other' at all.

We love and we lose our images of love. We rise and we fall. Our hearts soar and our hearts break into a million pieces. We seek security and find insecurity and we find security in that. We seek freedom and find the prison of our own programming and lose hope and then regain it.

Sometimes it takes courage to leave a relationship. Sometimes it takes courage to stay. Sometimes it takes courage to do nothing, today. Sometimes it takes courage to admit how much pain you are in.

Sometimes it takes courage to admit how happy you are.

Sometimes you take a step without knowing why, and everything only becomes clear in hindsight.

You can't get it wrong anyway.

We lose ourselves and we find ourselves. We give more than we can take, exhausting ourselves in the name of "love". Or we run as fast as we can, exhausting ourselves in our flight from "love".

"Will somebody see me. Listen. Hold me. Let me break..."

And the drama of love plays out. And as the play goes on we learn more about ourselves. We begin to see our blind spots. Our unconscious patterns come into the light of awareness. We realise our assumptions. Our childhood fantasies start to crumble. Pain that we never wanted to feel, we suddenly feel. Grief. Anger. Feelings of rejection, abandonment. We want to run, go back into the old addictions, the old comfort, and for whatever reason, we don't. We get curious. We start looking and stop thinking so much.

We begin to relate to ourselves. Treat ourselves like the greatest lovers that we are. The most fascinating and beloved creatures.

With each day, we begin meeting ourselves more deeply. Discovering who we really are. What we feel, and what we don't. What we want and what we don't. Learning to say 'yes' when we mean yes and 'no' when we mean no and if that hurts someone, giving them back their responsibility to heal. Learning that love is not all butterflies and roses and positive feelings. It is work, too. It is mess. It is pain and the courage to breathe through that pain into joy and expansiveness. Love asks us to become more and more real, more and more human, more and more conscious, less and less perfect. More self-aware and willing to feel. And to feel more. And to feel more. And more. And to let our hearts break sometimes. To not know, sometimes. To be bored, sometimes. To be blissed-out, sometimes. To be full of life. To sometimes not know what the next step is. And to take it, or not.

Love is not a feeling, a state, or an experience. It's not a destination.

It's this extraordinary Light that shines from within.

It's this radiant Knowing that never leaves.

It's the Joy of being alive.

We can know it together. We can know it alone.

We can remind each other of it. We can forget, too.

We can trigger each other and help each other get curious about those triggers. We can do that work, or not.

We can meet in love's fire. Walk together, or not.

Share our hearts. Step back. Step towards. Or stay where we are.

Learn to love the dance of it, the spontaneity, the adventure, the mystery, the immediacy and the intimacy of it and the running too.

Learn to unlearn what we knew and embrace the unknowing as new knowing.

And get more and more content with the unresolveability of it all.

More and more happy with the unhappy one, certain about the uncertainty, so secure in the insecurity.

More and more blissed-out at our lack of bliss.

More and more curious about what's here Now.

Less and less solid, more and more playful.

Less a seeker of love, more a giver of it, and a finder, and a Presence that invites others into the same wild joy.

This is Love's Adventure.
