“Someday, after mastering winds, waves, tides, and gravity, we shall harness the energy of love; and for the second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire.” - Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
True love is fire. It burns with a radiance that lights all beacons. Chances are, if you’re living a dead life, you have chosen to be a moth rather than be fire. Moths are attracted to fire, just as fire is attracted to fire. The difference is the moth is controlled by its attraction and gets burned by the fire. Fire, on the other hand, has control over its attraction and it doesn’t get burned. Rather, fire plus fire makes greater fire. Moth plus fire just creates ashes and codependence. If you really want to jumpstart your dead life be fire. Be love. Be fierce in your passion for life. Let the moths be moths, and let the ashes fall where they may.
Being love transcends all forms of love. When you are love, you are in love with being alive. You are in love with all of life, come what may: through good and bad, success or failure, love and loss, life or death.
Being love is unselfish, unconditional love for all things. Agape love. It leaves you in a state of wonder and awe, soul-hungry for more beauty, more mastery, more fire. When you are practicing being love, you are practicing sacred presence. And it’s almost impossible to be a moth while in the ecstatic throes of sacred presence.

HOW TO TOUCH A WOMAN~~

It's not WHERE a man touches his woman as much as HOW he touches her that makes her feel safe.
It's not HOW he touches her as WHY he's touching her that causes her to open.
It's not WHY he's touching her as much as WHO he has chosen to be and how he has chosen to live in the moments, hours, days and weeks leading up to that touch.
It's not his TOUCH that matters as much as the energy of his INTENT.
And when all of these are aligned it's not even a touch needed to make her shudder, but a word, a breath or even just his gaze.
This is not a dream, a myth or an impossibly romantic fantasy - it is the potential inherent in every man. It requires that he dare to own and live the magnificence of his potential, to show up in the world with the courage to fulfill his responsibilities, keep his word, overcome challenges and abandon his excuses.
There is no METHOD that conquers the world, it's the CHOICE to fulfill one's potential. And there is no TECHNIQUE that makes a woman lose all her inhibitions, it's the ENERGY of his intention.

We were born enlightened, but we were also born in forgetfulness of our true nature and we've had this misconception that it is something to be achieved and that it will take lifetimes of grueling spiritual practices to achieve... But in truth there is no becoming, enlightenment isn't a goal, nor can it be earned, it is our true state of "being" underneath all the mental programming, concepts, comparisons and acquired identifications.
Enlightenment has nothing to do with our performance, nor does it necessitate getting rid of any part of
ourselves...
it is not good nor is it bad,
it is not higher nor is it lower,
nor is it limited by any particular behavior...
Enlightenment is beyond duality.
It is the consciousness within us observing
that part of us that thinks in terms of becoming something other than who we are.
Ironically when we let go of all of that,
empty ourselves of the comparisons and simply
be with ourselves in full acceptance of who we are, and be in the moment in full acceptance of how it is...
Our enlightened nature naturally surfaces, and when it does, it emerges as pure unconditional love.~

THE HEALING POWER OF LONELINESS

Loneliness is not the absence of connection but the full presence of God and a total experience of the Self. Loneliness is utterly misunderstood in our culture, or rather, it is only understood on a very superficial psychological level. Everyone is running from it, keeping busy just to avoid it, never coming to know and taste its sweet and merciful nectar.
For many, loneliness is an enemy, something shameful to be avoided or covered up at all costs. We reach outwards, habitually, automatically, unconsciously, just to keep our distance from loneliness, just to avoid the deafening silence at the heart of all creation. We fill our time and senses up, addict ourselves to projects, create false personas on social media, try to stay “connected” as much as we can, never letting ourselves rest, to avoid the “void” and the gaping chasm of loneliness. But in its terrifying depths, loneliness is not harmful or shameful at all; it is a highly misunderstood spiritual experience of Oneness with all creation, a full and life-giving immersion in the staggering beauty – and utter horror - of life itself, a deep and timeless connection to all living things. Loneliness is not an emptiness but a full presence and an abundance of life. It is pure potential and freedom and surrender all at once, but as long as we are running from it we will never know its nourishing, healing and transformative powers.
Loneliness is not a negative state or some mistake in our being or biology, it is inherent in existence itself, built-in ontologically to our very being and it transcends the psychological. It is connection, not disconnection. It is wholeness, not lack. Loneliness is a spiritual state and subsumes all other states. It is an utter letting go, a paradigm of pure receptivity and openness. It is the ground of being itself, and the base of our subjectivity.
We run from it at our peril.
Nobody can experience our joys and sorrows for us. Nobody can live for us and nobody can die for us. Nobody can experience our own subjective reality, see what we see, feel what we feel, experience what we experience, love what we love, heal from what we need to heal from. We can act as witnesses for one another but we cannot enter each other’s subjectivity or breathe for each other or process each other’s pain. We exist in utter aloneness and uniqueness always, and this is true even when we are in deep connection and relationship. Our ability to relate authentically has its roots in our profound loneliness, and this is what makes every connection with another being such a miracle. When we run from our loneliness, we run from the miraculous and we run from ourselves.
Without loneliness, we exist in utter spiritual poverty, no matter how 'evolved' we believe we are.
Loneliness is a journey we must take alone. Like falling in love, or like dying, we must fall, without protection and without guarantees. Loneliness is the artist in the midst of creating something utterly new, the scientist on the verge of a breakthrough. Loneliness is the woman on her deathbed, the child being born, the spiritual seeker kneeling prostrate before the ordinary world, the adventurer forging a new path in the dark forest. Loneliness is a risk, but utterly safe. Loneliness feels like total abandonment from the perspective of the mind but for the soul loneliness is a full encounter with the timeless mystery of creation.
Loneliness takes us out of our minds. It breaks us, grinds us down to our essence, erodes us back to purity and innocence and beauty, brings us close to death but then rebirths us, stronger and more courageous than ever before. Its terror breaks our defences and, then, vulnerable and soft and open, we re-enter the world, more sensitive to its beauty, more aware of the fragility of form and more tender towards the ache of humanity.
We don’t always know if we can endure loneliness, but we do.
When we are in loneliness, it is total and all-consuming and even time recedes. Everything disappears into loneliness - it is like a black hole, and we don’t know how long we can survive its ferocious embrace. But we are stronger than we know and we endure it beautifully. Through meeting our own loneliness and letting it touch us deeply, and ravage us, and cleanse us, and renew us, we come to know directly the loneliness of all beings, their yearning for the light, their deep ache for God, their search for home. We recognise others more deeply as ourselves. Loneliness makes us look beyond appearances and touch the depths of the world soul. If we have truly plumbed the depths of our own loneliness, we can never again close our hearts to the loneliness of others, to the yearning of their humanity, to the horror and awe of creation itself.
Loneliness breaks us open to a devastating compassion for all things, it matures us spiritually and increases our empathy a thousand-fold. We become more caring, more compassionate, more deeply considerate. We become more able to look into the eyes of another without shame or fear. We become less able to turn away where we see suffering and pain. We value our connections more deeply than ever before. Each friendship is a miracle. Each moment with a family member, or partner, or stranger, takes on a strange new melancholic beauty. We become more fearlessly alive in our dying. We embrace paradox as a lover and a friend.
Loneliness is the gravity of love, a sacred pull into the heart core.
Loneliness brings with it a sense of rest and contentment, a deep inner happiness and satisfaction. It slows us down to a snail’s pace and breaks our addiction to the clock and to second-hand notions of "success". It makes us less distracted, less restless, less manipulative, more content with the present moment. The black hole in our guts becomes our unexpected church, our solace, our sanctuary and our mother, and the source of all our genuine answers. We listen to our loneliness and it brings unexpected gifts. New creativity and new inspiration pours out of the lonely place inside. New music comes from there, new and unexpected words, new desire and new paths to follow. Loneliness is the source of all great art, music, poetry, dance, and all works touched by authentic loneliness are authentic works filled with truth and humility and the light of life itself. The nectar of God pours through the broken place inside. Loneliness crucifies us yet shows us that we cannot be crucified.
We do not lose ourselves in loneliness. We find ourselves there more clearly and directly than ever.
Loneliness is the experience of pure intimacy with the senses. It is the erotic experience of being fully alive. It is Jesus on the cross. It is the pulsating ache of a universe longing to be born. It is the end of all things, and a new beginning. It is holding a friend’s hand, not knowing how to help them, not knowing how to take away their suffering, but giving our heart to them totally. It is facing our own death, no promises, no guarantees, no story anymore.
Loneliness is the Beloved beckoning us. Those who have let themselves touch the black hole of loneliness, those who have given themselves up to its relentless pull, who have let the darkness penetrate and infuse and shake and reawaken them, are unmistakable beings. They have a depth and a strength of character that others lack. They radiate genuine warmth and understanding. Their melancholy is the fount of their greatest joy. They are not content with surface things any longer. They have been broken but they are playful too, and full of humour. They love the night-time as much as the day, the shadows as much as the light, the wolf as much as the songbird. Their not-knowing is the source of their wisdom. Their spirituality is simple. They hold no dogma anymore. They have become like little children once more. They are poets and artists and wild lovers of the night.
Loneliness is the experience of being in a body, but not of a body, and knowing that all things will pass, that all loved ones will die, that nothing lasts, that everything is made of the most delicate substance. Loneliness is a deep and unshakeable awareness of the transience and brevity of things, of illness and endings and new beginnings. Loneliness is a love of the night-time, the shadows and the moon. It is present in every moment and saturates every hour of every day. Once you have tasted loneliness, truly sipped from its sacred fount, you cannot run away from it ever again. You are haunted by it, yet you know it is the friendliest of ghosts.
Loneliness opens your heart wider than any other experience ever could. It brings with it youth and innocence. It makes you weep at the sight of sand on the beach, or the sound of a baby crying, or the feel of the morning sunlight on your skin, or upon the contemplation of time itself. Loneliness takes us to our most painful places but helps us fulfil our highest potential. Without loneliness, we are just shells of human beings, frightened skeletons. Loneliness fills us up with warmth from the inside, gives our lives the deepest kind of purpose and direction and meaning. Loneliness makes us realise we are never alone, and we are always loved, despite our imperfections and lack of faith. Loneliness is a religious experience, a lovemaking with the Universe.
Loneliness will save you if you give yourself to it totally. It will not separate you from the world and others but will bind you to them more powerfully. Through the dread and devastation of loneliness you will discover that you are more vast and more capable of love than you ever thought possible. You will be shocked at how much life you can hold.
The more you run from loneliness, the lonelier and lonelier you will feel, and the more you will fear being alone, even if you are surrounded by people. In loneliness is the utter paradox and mystery of creation. It may be last place you want to touch in yourself, and it may sound like madness, what I am saying to you here. But your loneliness may hold all the secrets to your very existence. You may find that your loneliness is not “loneliness” at all, in the end – it is your umbilical cord to God, unbreakable, infinite, death-defying, a cosmic pathway of love and forgiveness and utter, utter humility.
Let your loneliness pierce you, then, and shake you, and nourish you, and let it connect you to the world - and your authentic self - more deeply than ever.

"She felt like doing her part to change the world, so she started by giving thanks for all of the blessings in her life, rather than bemoaning all that was missing from it.
Then she complimented her reflection in the mirror, instead of criticizing it as she usually did.
Next she walked into her neighborhood and offered her smile to everyone she passed, whether or not they offered theirs to her. Each day she did these things, and soon they became a habit. Each day she lived with more gratitude, more acceptance, more kindness. And sure enough, the world around her began to change. Because she had decided so, she was single-handedly doing her part to change it."

In intimate relationship there may always be ruptures which arise in the field of lovers. For when we enter into the mandala of vulnerability with another, each and every unprocessed emotion, feeling, and sensation will be there greeting us at the gates, yearning to be met, awaiting our alive presence, and longing for metabolisation in our ripe bodies and hearts. Once inside, the call of the beloved arrives in a thundering silence: come closer. Undress. And come closer.
Along the provocative path of intimacy yoga, it may appear as if our lover is doing something *to* us, but often all they're really doing is just being themselves. Yet somehow this is enough to unleash an avalanche of rage, fear, feelings of abandonment and dependency, a tidal wave of unresolved attachment, and an urgent, desperate longing to be seen as we are. In the dance with the beloved, the bad news is that there is absolutely nowhere to hide. Ironically, this is the good news as well.
Without warning, we find ourselves back in that very familiar place where it's... just... not... safe. We long for secure ground and reference point from which we can organize our lives, but the beloved loves us too much to offer this. And on top of it all, the superego remains nearby, reminding us: these sorts of feelings aren't very 'spiritual,' are they? Really, anger? Jealousy? Dependency? Terror? Attachment? I thought you had 'transcended' all this? What about your 'awakening?' You were enlightened, in bliss, in such peace and sooooo in love when you were on your own… weren’t you? You were so incredibly safe then. Perhaps this isn't for you after all.
In the wake of these inevitable ruptures – which are none other than the beloved's wild activity in disguise – love has appeared, yet again, as the ultimate curative and repair, bursting through the cracks in your heart, oozing out of your cellular tissue, and emerging in full force out of the strands of your DNA. You are being reminded of the actual role of the beloved in your life – creativity, destruction, and rewiring the entire known world. Each rupture that appears comes pleading with you to behold the portal it is opening inside you: Come closer. Undress. And come closer.
An invitation has arrived, but it has not come from any human source; it has fallen out of the stars and emerged up out of the gooey muddy earth. The beloved is at it again, using whatever form he must, to find you, to unclothe you, and to reveal the majesty and splendour that you are. She will never, ever stop looking for you, using whatever skilful means she must to reach you. Please don’t miss this opportunity. But if you do, don’t worry, love will come again, and again, and again, until your heart has turned to dust.

LOVE'S ADVENTURE

We long for love as much as we fear receiving it.

We yearn to be seen as much as we bolt at the possibility of being seen.

We hunger for the deep embrace of presence, tender eyes that gaze upon us with understanding and empathy, as much as we try to escape that very holding. It's too intimate. Too risky. Too exposing.

Nowhere to hide. To be seen is to be loved. To be seen is to die. Love is danger. Or so we have been taught.

A battle rages in us. The unloved one longing to hide, and the one who longs for the thrill and risk of living. Contraction and expansion. Breathing, in and out.

Unconsciously, we are attracted to or repelled by those who treat us, speak to us, hold us the way our parents did or did not. We are drawn to those who can heal us, and sometimes drawn to those who cannot, or worse. We think we are falling in love with a person, and sometimes we are just falling in love with our own image of them, which has nothing to do with the 'other' at all.

We love and we lose our images of love. We rise and we fall. Our hearts soar and our hearts break into a million pieces. We seek security and find insecurity and we find security in that. We seek freedom and find the prison of our own programming and lose hope and then regain it.

Sometimes it takes courage to leave a relationship. Sometimes it takes courage to stay. Sometimes it takes courage to do nothing, today. Sometimes it takes courage to admit how much pain you are in.

Sometimes it takes courage to admit how happy you are.

Sometimes you take a step without knowing why, and everything only becomes clear in hindsight.

You can't get it wrong anyway.

We lose ourselves and we find ourselves. We give more than we can take, exhausting ourselves in the name of "love". Or we run as fast as we can, exhausting ourselves in our flight from "love".

"Will somebody see me. Listen. Hold me. Let me break..."

And the drama of love plays out. And as the play goes on we learn more about ourselves. We begin to see our blind spots. Our unconscious patterns come into the light of awareness. We realise our assumptions. Our childhood fantasies start to crumble. Pain that we never wanted to feel, we suddenly feel. Grief. Anger. Feelings of rejection, abandonment. We want to run, go back into the old addictions, the old comfort, and for whatever reason, we don't. We get curious. We start looking and stop thinking so much.

We begin to relate to ourselves. Treat ourselves like the greatest lovers that we are. The most fascinating and beloved creatures.

With each day, we begin meeting ourselves more deeply. Discovering who we really are. What we feel, and what we don't. What we want and what we don't. Learning to say 'yes' when we mean yes and 'no' when we mean no and if that hurts someone, giving them back their responsibility to heal. Learning that love is not all butterflies and roses and positive feelings. It is work, too. It is mess. It is pain and the courage to breathe through that pain into joy and expansiveness. Love asks us to become more and more real, more and more human, more and more conscious, less and less perfect. More self-aware and willing to feel. And to feel more. And to feel more. And more. And to let our hearts break sometimes. To not know, sometimes. To be bored, sometimes. To be blissed-out, sometimes. To be full of life. To sometimes not know what the next step is. And to take it, or not.

Love is not a feeling, a state, or an experience. It's not a destination.

It's this extraordinary Light that shines from within.

It's this radiant Knowing that never leaves.

It's the Joy of being alive.

We can know it together. We can know it alone.

We can remind each other of it. We can forget, too.

We can trigger each other and help each other get curious about those triggers. We can do that work, or not.

We can meet in love's fire. Walk together, or not.

Share our hearts. Step back. Step towards. Or stay where we are.

Learn to love the dance of it, the spontaneity, the adventure, the mystery, the immediacy and the intimacy of it and the running too.

Learn to unlearn what we knew and embrace the unknowing as new knowing.

And get more and more content with the unresolveability of it all.

More and more happy with the unhappy one, certain about the uncertainty, so secure in the insecurity.

More and more blissed-out at our lack of bliss.

More and more curious about what's here Now.

Less and less solid, more and more playful.

Less a seeker of love, more a giver of it, and a finder, and a Presence that invites others into the same wild joy.

This is Love's Adventure.

The Perfect Lover~~

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder – an old saying which contains an element of truth. Whether we know it or not, each of us is searching for completion with our perfect lover. He or she may not be physically beautiful in a worldly sense but will have an unmistakeable quality which creates a heightened sensitivity when in their presence.
The perfection, however, isn’t the man or woman but the state of love expressive in all its wild abandonment and creative intensity. This searing impersonal love eliminates the cloying sentimentality of human attachment and introduces a dynamism of extraordinary magnetic power. The transition from human to divine lover is intense and all-consuming as the resolve to serve the principle of love becomes the main focus of the life. Eventually, through Grace, the personal taint of self is transformed through the heroic undergoing of love’s purpose on earth. The perfect lover has been made simple through the experience of their relationships in the sensual world. Such a man or woman then communicates through presence, and in physical union their inner nature is able to merge with great love and tenderness in the deepest centre of the beloved within the being.
The pinnacle of life as a human being is to be loved by the personification of God in existence. Only in the validation in the flesh and blood body through such an exalted presence (ordinary as they may appear) can the original state of love be realised at a level where the life is irrevocably changed by the power of the spirit. And yet the perfect lover is always now, at least as a potential in the living life. This is because in a partnership, be it harmonious or challenging, something is happening that is altering what happened last moment. Nothing is static, but an ongoing collision of incalculable complexity of forces which energetically orchestrate our lives and that of the celestial bodies which revolve in the consciousness of the mind.
For someone without a partner the perfect lover is present, albeit not necessarily physically manifest in the flesh. It’s possible to connect with the energy of this love by being still and putting the focus inside the body. What is registered when nothing becomes the sweetness of existence without formality is the formless love, which waits for the moment to be made real in sense. However someone advanced in age, who is perhaps no longer able or inclined to make physical love, can rest easy in the living reality of all the love that has been made in the great journey through existence. This can often be observed in dear elderly men and women who are content to sit for hours gazing out across the fields or the sea, naturally connected to their perfect lover within the being.
The perfect lover is a companion in both life and death. The actual living experience is the formal aspect of love’s purpose, whereas the virtue of the often difficult situations that must accompany great love is the immortal state. In that other place, free of the restrictions of physical bodies, the reality behind the form is creatively free as a joyous expression of the authentic spiritual being. Love in the immortal space is complete as a unity of everything anyone has ever loved or recognised as the beauty and wonder of the sensory earth. This heavenly emanation is the purity of love without formality. Here, someone only has to think of a loved one and they’ve immediately united with them. But also, it’s possible to enjoy the smell of the rose or the rain, all being created simultaneously within the being.
Finally, if the love between partners has been real and true enough while embodied together on earth, they are united forever in that immortal place beyond death – and are never seen again, except perhaps as the twinkle of some distant star. And whoever gazes upon that star in a state of pure receptivity to love will be inspired and assisted in some way towards union with the perfect lover, which is the eternal destiny of us all.~

Imagine finding a woman
who has cultivated so much love,
that she has emerged
as a living conduit
for it to course through,
residing in a constant state of
outflow,
never expecting to receive,
because she is already so
nourished
from within
and from Above,
allowing her to receive you with
immaculacy -
without attachment -
when you do reflect love back.
Imagine finding a woman
who has become light itself,
illuminating all around her,
her rays
filtering their way into
not just the windows
you choose to open but
seeping into
each
and
every
single
crack
in your armour,
that you didn’t even know were there,
discovering with relief
and terror
that
your shadows
have nowhere left to hide.
Imagine finding a woman
who is already married to God,
who looks to you for
nothing
more
than your rawest,
most authentic
self,
needing nothing of you,
but softly asking for,
seductively beckoning for
the gift you’ve not yet given -
the one that sits in the deepest part of you -
that you have been afraid to retrieve,
wanting only that,
with no expectation
of what it will look like
or what it even is,
just that
she’ll know it
when she
feels
it.
Imagine finding a woman
who has trained her eyes
to see people’s
souls,
upon whom your acting and posturing
has no effect
other than to make her chuckle knowingly,
who loves your masks too,
and lets you know
sometimes gently
and sometimes firmly,
but always lovingly,
when you’ve been wearing one for too long.
Imagine finding a woman
who has quietly tended
to the garden of her soul
so tenderly,
and for so long,
and with such bravery,
unafraid
to water it with the tears of her
soul-grief,
planting the very
last seeds
left in the pouch
of her heart,
that the strength of her faith
that they would grow into vines
that could
reach up
towards the light,
touch the light
and
become
the light,
restores your own faith
such that
you yourself
are reborn
as a
Believer.
Imagine finding a woman
who has found
herself.

There is nothing to fight and nothing to fear in this world. But most of you do not believe this. You think you have to change things. You believe you have to make things happen. If you do not make things happen things will break down, nothing will be right.
Who told you this?
The only thing that will break down is your ego. Yet some of you will not allow this to happen. You will fight for your ego, you will protect your ego at all cost for you are afraid to let go. You do not know what is on the other side. You think if you let go you will be a wimp or a coward. You think all your good will be taken away from you. This is impossible.
The planets spin in their orbits, the sun shines, the flowers grow. All these things happen without confusion, without chaos, everything is unfolding as it should but you come along and want to change things. You want to make this a better world in which to live...
Find yourself first then see if you want to change the world. Find yourself first then see if you want to change your life. Find yourself first then see if anything is missing from your life.
It all begins with you. It all begins with you. You are the one.

THE LOVING MASCULINE: THE LOST KEY TO BALANCE~~

What I see is an infinite potential. We are designed to work in perfect harmony with each other.
Our brains and emotional systems, when loved and acknowledged, awaken to incredible limitlessness. And the potential of our bodies exceed what we were told to be.
Men and women are meant to help each other to complete the awakening of our sexuality and our emotions. Both are keys to reach the balance we seek.
This is the beauty of our polarity. That is the magic of the Yin and Yang. The reason why falling in love with each other will heal humanity.
A World of Polarity
The Feminine, in the past 2000 years, has been overly passive (Yin) while the Masculine excessively violent (Yang).
Then, in the last century, we went through a historic process of women finding their strength in the imitation of masculine roles, a necessary step that brought big change to the world, but one that no longer serves feminine freedom.
In the last few years, we have witnessed the over-feminization of men seeking to reconnect with their Yin qualities.
We are reaching that balance now.
The Masculine
I feel that the masculine energy is rising in balance, leaving aside the old paradigms, and opening to deep listening of the feminine wounds.
I see men firmly established in their masculinity, allowing softness to be a part of their honest expression.
I’m observing men opening up to their vulnerability with the grounded approach of the wise warrior, inviting their feminine nature of intuition and compassion to develop.
Throughout history, men have been required to show up, no matter what their emotional needs were.
At the same time, we expect them to be in contact with their feelings, listening and caring. Demanding to see their softness, asking that they understand women who were never taught how to understand themselves.
They love and hold space for the wounded woman, but most of the times no one holds space for them.

Yin and Yang bodies
The human body has seven main centers of energy, known in Eastern traditions as chakras.
Two of these energy vortices are very different in men and women. The second chakra is linked to sexuality, and the fourth chakra is linked to the heart.
The Heart
The heart chakra in the woman’s body is expressed in a beautiful outer form, the breast, which comforts and nourishes in a powerful expression of our potential for unconditional giving. In men, their physicality is much more like armor. Social roles they have had throughout history reinforced this, so their heart is harder to reach.
But that doesn’t mean it does not desire to be touched just as much. The endless search for connection, the craving for love, and the wish to be held and nourished, is one of the best kept secrets of the masculine.
I feel that it is time to help heal the Masculine by holding men close to our hearts. Sharing with them our wisdom: how to access the unconditional love that characterizes the Divine Feminine.
Loving them without asking for anything, nourishing them and holding space for their vulnerability, so they can relax into openness. Because emotions are our best intuitive guide, and when healthy and healed, the strength comes from a centered stable place.
The Sex
The second chakra is also manifested very different in men and women.
The female sexuality goes inside, receiving and sensitive when loved and respected, hiding and blocking when shamed.
The masculine sexuality goes outwards. Loving and caring when balanced, forcing and intrusive when unbalanced.

This is the beauty of our polarity. That is the magic of the Yin and Yang. The reason why falling in love with each other will heal humanity.

I HAVE FOUND MY TRUE RELIGION

I studied the world’s great religions.
I devoured the long, dense tomes of philosophers.
I did what the gods and gurus said I should do.
I was a good boy yet I found no comfort, no home.
Only second-hand thoughts from second-hand people
and a brief respite from a terrible nostalgia.
In the name of spirituality I fell into denial.
I denied anger and called it peace.
I denied shame and called it power.
I denied sexuality and called it purity.
I denied my humanity and called it Awareness.
I denied desire itself and proclaimed myself enlightened.
Now, I find my home in simplicity.
I have been humbled. I know nothing.
I see a cloud and hot tears stream down my face.
Or the face of an old friend, it shocks me with its perfection.
Or a lamppost on my evening walk,
bowing to me with its perfect incandescent light.
All things pull me back to God, I cannot prevent it.
I use human language but I am not quite human.
I am a sparrow at dawn. My song is my home.
My body is my temple. My altar is loss and the strange relief of grieving.
I find solace in the utter lack of solace.
I find rest in my own restless desire for life.
My love, may I sit beside you now?
Will you share with me what’s on your heart?
(I am as lost as you are).
Will you give me your tears, your shudders and your trembling?
Shall I hold you until it stops, and if it never stops shall I hold you?
Will you hold me too?
Shall we look after each other, as the end draws near?
Yes, shall we look after each other?
Oh God. Oh God. I have found my true religion.
Simple. Human. Kindness.

Every single thing always works out even when you don’t understand it at the moment.
You can look back at past experiences and be grateful that certain things didn’t work out because you wouldn’t be where you are. Be grateful.
Whatever you’re going through now will pass.
You are a miracle.
Life is a miracle. Everything around you is all miraculous. Once you see things from this perspective you’ll feel a sense of peace that you don’t have to try so hard to control everything.
Let go and trust in the higher power to guide you. Surrender your worries. Give up your doubt.
Let yourself be free from resistance. Faith and fear can’t occupy the same space. Decide to believe in yourself and watch magical things start to happen in your life.
Stop overthinking, worrying, and stressing yourself out. Everything will be okay.
It might seem like it at the moment when you’re in the midst of everything, but when you let go and feel that sense of inner ease great things will begin to happen for you.
Ease is a state of trust and a powerful way of allowing. Your faith has to be strong in believing that you can manifest and receive what you want.
All your requests and deep desires has been received by the universe. You efforts, your visualizations, and your prayers have been heard.
You sent the signal out, now you just have to trust and be patient as your blessings begin to flow into your life.
Don't think about how it will happen, that's not for you to worry about. Put it out there and let it happen.
The universe picks up vibrations and those in gratitude, joy, and love for what they want to receive get them.
The grateful get showered in blessings.
Instead of overthinking, align your faith with divine timing and trust that everything that belongs in your life is making its way towards you right now.
Don't block what's coming by thinking negatively. What you want has been on the way, but your worry, doubt, and lack of trust has been slowing down the process.
Start releasing and start receiving. You've got this.~

Two months...

Today is a day I am feeling so sad! haha not really... how can I even be sad when I love you so much?
Love gives wings gives freedom gives a sweetness to our very existence.

But yes I do miss seeing you... as even a glimpse is enough to nourish my heart and satiate my soul. It has been 2 months! since I saw you... I miss you. I love you. I sing for you. I pray that you be safe and happy.

Being the "good" person I am... I had saved a few pictures of you that I would see and feel happy. When I realised that you are not mine in any way... I deleted them. I wish I hadn't now... I miss your face! I miss your smile... I miss your hands... I miss your being! But I know you are here, you are fine, you are healthy... and that gives me solace. Though I wish I had a pictue!! LOL Rantings of a lovelorn heart!

A song that always made me wonder and when I saw you it made sense...

THE PARADOX OF LOVING

My love,
you cannot truly “be there” for another
until you learn to “be there” for yourself.
Be there for your breath as it rises and falls.
As it slows, quickens, deepens.
As the belly expands and contracts.
Be there. Be a loving witness
to this extraordinary power that moves through you.
Be there for all your feelings, not just the pleasant ones.
Be there for the grief and the anger, too.
The ease and the frustration.
Be there for the sorrow, the emptiness and the fullness,
the wildness and the calm, the life and the dying.
Be there for all your thoughts.
The ones you love and the ones you hate.
The ones that scare you and the ones you seek.
Be there as they arise and dissolve.
Stay there as they stay and go.
Be there for the broken heart
and be there for the healed one too.
Be there for the answers,
but don’t abandon the questions either.
Be there for the clarity,
but don’t neglect the confusion.
Be there for all of yourself, my love.
Like a mother, there for her children.
And you will be able
to be there for all of me.
Look after me by looking after you.
Find me by finding you.

This is the paradox of loving.

It’s okay to be scared. Fear is a part of the human experience.
It’s okay to grieve. Grief is a part of the human experience.
It’s okay to rest, even when so much is yet undone. Rest is a part of the human experience.
It’s okay to be angry, even when you have so much to be grateful for. Anger is a pert of the human experience.
It’s okay to be joyful, even when someone’s sky is falling. Joy is a part of the human experience.
It’s okay to feel broken. It’s okay to rearrange the pieces and create a mosaic instead of a puzzle picture with nice neat edges. It’s part of the human experience.
It’s okay to be abundant, even when others are not. Abundance is part of the human experience. Share.
It’s okay to be bored, even though the whole world offers itself to you as the greatest adventure ever created. Boredom is a part of the human experience.
It’s okay to take the leap of faith, even when others see no answer. Faith and falling, miraculous risings, are all part of the human experience.
It’s okay to be sick. It’s okay to get well. It’s okay to let go at the appointed hour, and become free from the delusions of body and mind. Even death is a valid part of the human experience.
It’s okay to live in the tension of desire and duality. It’s okay to live in wonder and curiosity. It’s okay to believe in your impossible dream, and live into it, or watch it turn to dust. It’s all part of the human experience.
It’s okay to seek out ways of living that cultivate beauty, happiness, peace. These too are part of the human experience.
We are a resourceful people:human beings. We adapt and adjust and go on, but when we come to see we are adapting to harm, trauma and misalignment, we are invited to access our creativity. Our freedom of choice.
It’s okay to heal. It’s okay to call on the hummingbird of happiness. It’s okay to pursue the sweetness of life. To seek alignment with our highest governing truths. To do so without permission, approval or attendance. It’s okay that you cannot drag the world with you towards your utopia.
Go that way.
Go that way.~

Nothing evolves us like Love.

There is
The rising up
From light's embrace
You can see in a summer field or
In a child's dancing.
Every city is a dulcimer
That plays it's chorus against
Our ears.
The lid of a pot starts jumping
When water gets ecstatic from fire.
If I ever don't complete a sentence
While we are together
Accept my apologies and try to understand
This sweet drunk thought.
Birds initially had no desire to fly,
What really happened was this:
God once sat close to them
playing Music.
When He left
They missed him so much
Their great longing sprouted wings,
Needing to search the Sky.
Nothing evolves us like Love.

THE LIE OF HAPPINESS

We are not meant to feel happy and inspired all the time. We are not meant to be joyful and full of energy all the time. We are not meant to be “up” all the time.
The Unconscious has no interest in being "up". It only wants Truth.
Our hearts are so vast and can hold so much life; so much sorrow and loneliness as well as joy. We are meant to feel down sometimes! We are meant to touch into the depths of human sorrow sometimes. To feel disconnected, lost and without answers sometimes. These are also sacred experiences. And portals to compassion.
For the deeper we touch into our own pain, the more we can understand the pain of our brothers and sisters.
It is imperative that we make room for the so-called “negative” aspects of psyche. If we feel down, let’s feel down, completely! If we feel lonely, let’s learn to lean a little into our loneliness. If we feel lost, let’s allow “the lost one” in, allow her to come home to us.
Instead of rushing for quick fixes, distractions and solutions, let’s open our hearts to the ‘unloved’ parts inside.
The pressure to be “up” all the time is literally making people sick. The pressure to feel "inspired and positive and energized 24/7” is murdering souls.
Slow down, today, friend. Have the courage to touch into the dark places now - the loneliness, the rage, the boredom, the 'negative' and 'unwanted' energies inside. You will discover, they are really full of intelligence, full of beauty and creativity – and full of Light!

Are you looking to enjoy the beauty of life with someone OR are you looking for someone to avoid loneliness in life?
Both these searches have very different outcomes.
If you are seeking to enjoy the beauty of life with someone, you will look for what you want in your life i.e. companionship, joy of sharing etc … so, you will look for people that match your personality type, your mindset, your thought process, your way of looking at life, your preferences.
And, because life works on a lag principle and because these aren’t objective parameters, it may take some time to find that person…that one person who completes your life’s jigsaw. Worst case scenario, you may never find that person, and if that happens, you will end up enjoying half the beauty of life.
On the other hand, if you are seeking to avoid loneliness, you will look for what you don’t want in life i.e. not feeling alone…so, you will look for a person who will engage you intellectually, emotionally or physically in a positive or a negative fashion.
Largely anyone and everyone will fit your requirement because short term engagement is easy…even a monkey can do that. Do I need to tell you that sooner or later you will get tired of this person and s/he will get tired of you, and then you will feel cheated, and, again you will begin your search for that someone to avoid loneliness.
Ask yourself - What am I looking for?
PS : I am blessed I know who I love! He doesn't know it but I do! Now I am free of the search!

THE HEART-POUNDING TRUTH
Truth is often not easy, or comfortable.
Truth can make you sweat.
It can make your legs shake, your heart pound.
It can pull the rug of certainty from under your feet.
It can destroy comfort, the status quo.
But it can make you feel alive like nothing else.
It can rip your heart open to love.
It can connect you in ways you never thought possible.
Live your deepest truth today, even if it means losing everything - your pride, your status, your image, your way of life.
For the lies, the half-truths and the burden of unspoken things will eventually suffocate you and everyone around you.
Know that you can only lose what's non-essential, anyway.
Give up everything
for a truthful existence.
